Health & wellness data: Health concerns, dietary preferences, goals, and quiz responses you voluntarily provide to personalize your plan.
Usage data: How you interact with the app (meals logged, water intake, plan progress) stored locally on your device.
Payment information: Processed securely by Paddle. We do not store your payment card details.
Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for technical support.

3. Data Storage

Your personal preferences and app data (meal logs, water tracking, plan progress) are stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. Your email and subscription status are stored securely in our database (Supabase), which is hosted on servers with encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

Paddle: Our payment processor, for subscription management.
Supabase: Our database provider, for account authentication.
Service providers: Who assist in operating our platform under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.

VeliVa uses minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
